A Wedding Gift | Thanks to FHA Streamline Refinance
Last week, I received an early wedding surprise gift from a dear friend Emeline who is residing abroad. Although I have invited her to attend my wedding, I was really not expecting anything from her because from the last time we talked, we were discussing about the economic crisis and how it affected their family business. It was really bad, she is telling me about the houses closing down, families breaking up due to stress thinking about their everyday survival. Thankfully, my friend is less affected, but she is still worrying about their housing loan and she was hoping to recover their loss at least by the end of this year.
And, the good news came last week. Emeline told me about how they were able to get an FHA streamline refinance which helped them refinance their mortgage into a more reasonable monthly payment. Indeed, the FHA loan rates are lower and more affordable.
And, another good news came, their karate school business got more enrollees. Hopefully, things will continue to be brighter for my friend.
Now, Emeline is giving me hard time to choose from her offers… will I choose cake, dress or flowers? Nope, I had a better idea how about a honeymoon package?!
