Britney Spears | Conservatorship Hearing Again
Britney Spears was on court, again! But this time she was there for a conservatorship hearing and not for another custody hearing for her two sons Sean Preston and Jayden James to Kevin Federline. (As of the present, Spears and Federline reached a custody settlement in which Federline retains sole custody while Spears keeps her visitation rights.)
The court is still not providing details about the hearing until it is over. But, according to published reports, Britney Spears and her father Jamie Spears were there to discuss a conservatorship status for her upcoming album and tour plans.
If you still remember, on January 31 a court placed Spears under temporary co-conservatorship, of her father James Spears and attorney Andrew Wallete, giving them complete control of her assets.
Conservatorship is a legal concept to be found in the law of many states of the America, whereby an entity is established by court order, or in the case of regulated business enterprises, via statutory or regulatory authority, that some property, person or entity be subject to the legal control of another person or entity, known as a conservator.
