Moving in to a brand new house is definitely exciting, seeing new surrounding, new people, fresh air and the possibility of gaining new friends. And, last week, they excitedly (actually the word excited is just an understatement, maybe I should say they are in cloud nine!) anyway, as I was saying they EXCITEDLY called me last week because they saw my humble blog on the boob tube, where in Ms. Anne Curtis is thanking all the bloggers who helped Dyosa on the internet. And, out of the many blogs, my Richersblog post about “The Nag-iisang Dyosa Anne Curtis” was luckily chosen to be one of the featured blogs for that segment.

Britney Spears was on court, again! But this time she was there for a conservatorship hearing and not for another custody hearing for her two sons Sean Preston and Jayden James to Kevin Federline. (As of the present, Spears and Federline reached a custody settlement in which Federline retains sole custody while Spears keeps her visitation rights.)
The court is still not providing details about the hearing until it is over. But, according to published reports, Britney Spears and her father Jamie Spears were there to discuss a conservatorship status for her upcoming album and tour plans.
If you still remember, on January 31 a court placed Spears under temporary co-conservatorship, of her father James Spears and attorney Andrew Wallete, giving them complete control of her assets.
Conservatorship is a legal concept to be found in the law of many states of the America, whereby an entity is established by court order, or in the case of regulated business enterprises, via statutory or regulatory authority, that some property, person or entity be subject to the legal control of another person or entity, known as a conservator.
Barack Obama, the newly elected President of America is facing a great challenge – he mentioned “two wars, a planet in peril, the worst financial crisis in a century†on his first speech Chicago.

And, yesterday, I have decided to blog about the melemine contaminated milk products from China, while I was busy appealing to sellers and advising people to refrain from buying dairy products from China, I was surprised too, because I’ve learned that there is a recall on all Snickers chocolates which are made from China and distributed here in the Philippines because it is still unclear yet if it is contaminated too.
In case proven that Snickers chocolates are with melamine, – oh no! But the good thing is that, experts say that minute amount of melamine intake is not that dangerous at all!
Whew!
But, officers… may I ask how little is little? Are three bars still in the range of little?
Do you know the only reason why certain people added the toxic melamine to milk products in China?
Simply because they wanted to deceive consumers that their products contain more protein. Melamine is used in making plastics and is high in nitrogen. And if added into milks it will register as proteins in milk tests.
And now, many children developed kidney stones and worst there are already some mortality reports.
People in business know, that sometimes we had to do some things to make our products more appealing to buyers. There are some so called legitimate tricks such as photo enhancements.
